I can't stop smiling!

It's one step closer to completion! The studio is painted! Yeah!! I have my color palette ready and I'm going to start tackling the furniture painting now! First, I have to paint the brackets to get the shelving up. Look at all of the jars waiting for a home! Maple has already claimed the sunshine on the floor within seconds of the door opening :)

I'm Feelin' It!

Spring! Where are you? I saw icicles melting today, loads of sunshine and even a few birds chirping. You're not here yet, so it's patience.

I love my customers!

I have some of the best darn customers imaginable! They send me nice notes about their pieces, they compliment me, the promote me to others, they buy from me. It's all overwhelming, in a good way, at times. I am blessed.

If you read this... thank you. If you don't .... hopefully you'll feel the vibe :)

I have news coming in February and another blog giveaway. I also have a little plan in the works to get to know all of you better. Hint... it has to do with photos.
Be looking for an email from me in Feb.

My sales for yesterday! Like I said... my customers ARE THE BEST!

Have a great day and may all of your dreams come true!
Love,
Julie

New Blog Idea

I got this idea from msbelle, a wonderful seller on Etsy. She makes very pretty jewelry and is always checking in and commenting in my blog.
I have been trying to bring my blog up to the next level and get it out there. I didn't realize that I can post labels for my entries, so maybe that will help.

She listed her sold items in her blog and I really like that idea, so here goes :)

These are the items that sold yesterday. Thank you everyone! You are all so appreciated. More than you could know.
Have a great day and check back tomorrow for my next featured customer! :)

My Mom Is So Talented!

Take a look at one of my mom's scrapbook pages. She has some serious talent! She was recently hired on two design teams! I'm so proud of her ;) She scrapped some pictures of the snow in her backyard. The little building that you see is a playhouse for her grandkids. Her and Grandpa had it built for the girls. It is really cute. The snow was so deep. Look how high it it on the fence! That's a standard fence! Wow. The dogs are Luke, Jake and Tucker playing in the snow. They play just like little children. You should see them in the baby pool!

Take a look at her blog. It's always entertaining and pretty!

Isn't it Beautiful?

This is such an amazing bag and I can't believe I'm going to risk giving it even more exposure by putting it on my blog. Every day when I log into Etsy I hope that it's still there.

This bag was made by Tamami, the designer at http://www.tamamikobag.etsy.com/

I already own a bag made by her and I absolutely love it.

Please take a look at her items, they are colorful, fun and affordable. Just please don't buy the bag from the photo! Just kidding. I always hope Etsy sales happen, yes, even when it's something that I wanted. :)

On Sale!

This hit 1000 views and 20+ hearts so I decided when it was time to renew I would lower the price to $28. It's such a pretty delicate piece. If it doesn't make it to the sales side this time around, I'll have to add it to my personal collection :)

Just wanted to share the news.

Genius

"Our task must be to free ourselves . . . by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.""Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances of survival for life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet."Albert Einstein, physicist, Nobel Prize 1921

I like this quote. I liked his hair. There are a few things that I question, but overall this interesting genius looks lovely on this wrap bracelet along with a sterling silver bead with an atom type shape on it. :) The tiny beads on the bracelet are metal zinc in two subtly different shades. Einstein is a button that is attached to the end of the bracelet.

A wrap bracelet fits similar to a bangle without the danger of slipping off. It is wrapped around your wrist. This technique of wrapping on the wrist gets easier with experience, promise :)

I'm Done Tomorrow!!

It's the last of the parties and it isn't a day too soon. We join in the Hanukkah celebrations with my father's side of the family, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's day, Amelia's friend bday party and Amelia's family bday party. The bday parties are tomorrow... then I'll get back to the full swing of things on Monday. I'm so excited to create! It's been awhile.

Fortunately my holiday sales, thanks to all of my sweet customers!, kept me so incredibly busy throughout the entire month of November all the way to the end of December. It's been great, but not much time to get creative! :)

Here's a new stone that I found that makes a pretty ring choice. I love it. It's larger than my other flower rings in that it stands higher.

Off to decorate the house for tomorrow. I'll be raring to go on Monday! See you then in Etsyland!
